Becky is an accomplished photographer and has had her work featured in several wedding magazines.
Both future grandmas are awfully excited about this whole process. Ben's mom is ready to start sewing for the nursery and Becky's mom is ready to start buying educational toys. They can't wait for a baby to join the family!
Ben has had two deployments in Iraq. The second time, he surprised Becky by coming home the day before Christmas Eve. He went to their house to wait for her to arrive, but then he got impatient and called her cell phone. He hung up when she answered, but she had a feeling it was him. Such a great Christmas surprise!
Becky can read REALLY fast: she can finish an entire novel in a day or less. Ben doesn't read quite so fast but he can retain an incredible amount of facts and trivia. Becky doesn't like to play trivia games with him because she is destined to lose.
Future grandpa (Ben's dad) looks like Santa Claus and has big plans for Christmas when he can put on a Santa suit for his grandson or daughter. He'll need a little extra padding, though!
Ben lived in four different states when growing up but Becky lived in the same town until she was 18.
Becky and Ben gave their little dog, Shasta, a pack of hotdogs for Christmas. It was her favorite Christmas present ever! (But don't worry, she only got half of a hotdog each day.) She wasn't a fan of her ugly Christmas sweater, though.
Ever heard of Grandma Grape and Grandpa Grape? They are Becky's grandparents, and they got their name because "Grandma Grape" sounds way more fun than "Great Grandma Audrey"! Don't you agree?
